Padding

  • Soft fiber filling material provides warmth and volume and is used for various purposes.
  • Main applications: Jackets, bags, bedding (blankets, pillows, mattress protectors), sofas, car seats, plush toys, etc.
  • Available widths range from 150 to 300 cm.

Hard padding

  • A safe alternative to foam with excellent air circulation, offering superior elasticity and shape retention. It is safe to use as it is free from chemicals.
  • Main applications: Mattresses, pillows, car parts, furniture, sports equipment (protective gear), etc.
  • Can be produced in the weight specifications you desire, from light to very heavy.

Carded fiber

  • Synthetic fiber made from polyester, providing a soft and cushioned feel.
  • Main applications: Pillows, plush toys, seat cushions (sofa pillows), bedding, filters, etc.
  • Available in various types such as regular, siliconized, and micro. From soft and well-volume to those with specialized functions. Can be produced in the specifications you require.

Insulation

  • Installed on roofs and interior walls of buildings to effectively block heat and sound, while being easy to install.
  • Creates a comfortable interior environment and enhances energy efficiency.
  • Main applications: Buildings (walls, ceilings), industrial facilities, cooling equipment, etc.
  • Can be produced in the specifications you require, in either Roll or Sheet form.

Felt

  • Also known as needle punch, it is used in road construction, the construction industry, and filters, as well as for bedding products like carpets and mattresses.
  • Main applications: Carpet underlay, agriculture, geotextiles, car interiors, musical instrument components, craft supplies, etc.
  • Can be produced in various colors, from light weight to heavy thickness.

Anti-Slip

  • Attached to the bottom of carpets or mattresses to prevent slipping and enhance safety.
  • Main applications: Carpets, mattresses, bath mats, prayer rugs, sports equipment, etc.
  • Can be produced in weights ranging from light to heavy, with various shape options.

Quilting

  • The process of stitching Padding and Hard Padding together with various patterns enhances both the functionality and aesthetics of the product.
  • Main applications: Clothing, bedding, bags, carpets, accessories, etc.
  • Custom patterns as per customer orders are available.

Bonding & Laminating

  • The process of combining fabric with Hard Padding or fabric with Foam, etc., using body-safe materials to merge the advantages of both materials.
  • Main applications: Clothing, carpets, prayer rugs, car interiors, building materials, packaging materials, etc.

Bedding Goods

  • We offer OEM services for bedding products.
  • Using high-quality in-house raw materials, we manufacture a wide range of home interior products such as blankets, pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, mattresses, and more.
  • By producing our own raw materials, we are able to offer high-quality products at reasonable prices. Separate production lines are used for both budget and premium products, enabling us to meet your brand's needs across various quality levels.
